Last week me and Neil took ourselves off for a little break, to stay at very wonderful Carnoustie Golf Hotel and Spa. We were originally planning to visit Arran. But Neil spotted this hotel in Carnoustie, and we got side tracked. Hopefully we will make it to Arran one day.

When it comes to keeping gluten free food safe, and still gluten free, preventing cross contamination throughout the whole storage, preparation, cooking and serving process is key. And to help spread a consistent message how important (and achievable) this really is for anybody that requires a gluten free diet, the advice should, be simple and […]
Thought it may be handy to pop all the interesting coeliac disease articles that I have come across in one place. They’re insightful and informative snippets, that you may like to have a browse through with a cuppa or glass of wine when you have a moment.
Updated 21st October 2021 Popped together this gorgeous, gluten free chocolate cake last weekend. Updated 19th February 2021 There is no doubt about it, many dedicated gluten free products cost more than their ‘gluten filled’ equivalents. However, if you have coeliac disease, despite any additional expense, your gluten free diet must be maintained at all times to keep you on the right track, and this can be a financial […]
Updated 16th December 2023 A coeliac disease diagnosis is for life, which of of course means that even at Christmas there can be no ‘days off’ from a gluten free diet. However, with so many amazing dedicated gluten free products now up for grabs, and all the food available that’s naturally gluten free, there’s no […]
